Can't find libgck.so.1

Hi all,  I have been trying to install gimp-0.99.26-1.i386.rpm
but it fails dependencies.  (needs libgck.so.1)

I ran find on my HD but I don't have this file.

I also tried Archie but it also came up blank.

Does anybody know the who, what and where on this file.
