They should run on any platform that Python and Perl run on _and_
that GTK+ runs on.

That, is, they are not reimplementations of GTK+ in these languages
(the languages themselves have no concept of a windowing system,
so that would be impossible), but ways of accessing GTK+ through
these languages.
