No, they got missed from 0.99.9, but Shawn is aware of it so it should be
correct in 0.99.10 (or whatever).

Shawn: I added a couple of examples, but haven't updated the Makefile.[am,in] to
include them in a distribution. The auto* beast is scary to me, but I'm currently
taming him.
