What about setting up a new mailinglist "devel-gtk" that is used for
such things?  There is devel-guile, for example, and all people who
have access to the repo are subscribed to it.  It works quite well.

It might create the illusion of an secret inner circle of Gtk
developers, and in fact, the devel-guile list has sucked up some
discussions that were better carried out on the regular list (IMO).
But I think we can handle that.
