gtk_widget_set_uposition()

Has anyone come up with a clever way to set the window position and
still take into accout the window manager decorations?

I have program that I hacked support for the -geometry flag, and I'd
really rather not have the window decorations be off screen if the
user does -geometry +5+5. :-S
