If you run into trouble I have a reasonably recent build (a couple of months old) that I can send you.

I have limited experience using cygwin and I wasn't able to build Pango from source. Links for Windows builds of Pango on this page http://www.pango.org/Download are outdated.

I need either:

1. Windows binary distribution for the latest version of Pango, or even better
2. Step by step guide how to build Pango on Windows.
