Ok, so both CoreText and Win32 backends need fixing.  This is the part in the
FreeType backend that needs to be ported to those two others:

In pangocairo-fcfont.c:_pango_cairo_fc_font_new():

  size = get_font_size (pattern) /
         pango_matrix_get_font_scale_factor (pango_fc_font_key_get_matrix (key));


Do you think you can fix / test the OS X one?

Anyone voluteer to fix Win32?
