Pango g-i annotations

Hi Alberto,

As part of your pango fixup for introspection you marked a few methods with
the "skip" annotation.  That however is causing check failure in docs/ because
now gtk-doc is skipping those documentation snippets and hence finds no docs
for those symbols.  Is there a introspection-specific way to skip methods?
