deprecate pango_ft2_font_map_for_display and pango_ft2_shutdown_display

Hello there,
More feedback is needed from the gtk-doc/introspection department:
In the docs, pango_ft2_font_map_for_display and
pango_ft2_shutdown_display mentioned that the global PangoFT2 fontmap
is deprecated.
However the functions are not annotated as deprecated, is this intentional?
