cairo has dropped cairo_has_show_text_glyphs long ago

hello

i will not post this to bugzilla because i don't want to have accounts
all over the world, and bugzilla doesn't support closing accounts.

i wanted to test the development branch of pango but it does not
install with cairo 1.8.8 because it can't find the symbol
cairo_has_show_text_glyphs. from what i was able to grasp from cairo's
Changelog i can tell that this function was dropped far ago with cairo
1.7.6. 

please check for that,
