Pango -> Fix needs to be applied for Kannada

Hi,

I'm trying to get the bug reported here fixed at the earliest.

Mr. Ramakrishna released patches twice for this bug and I have been testing it time to time and found that to be working fine. 

Pango version on which this patch is tested recently 1.18.1 On ubuntu

I'm attaching the proof of the text which is found after installing the pango patched with the fix.

Please let me know if I need to follow any other steps to get this issue fixed completely.
