Change language at runtime

Hi all,

I was wondering if there was a FAQ somewhere on how to enable the user
to switch the language of my application GUI at runtime (having, e.g.,
a "Language -> English, French, Deutch, Vietnamese" menu), or if
someone here could summarize the way this can be done.
