Pango Khmer Module

I'll keep this short (it's 3:30am and I'm tired :) )

I've ported Khmer support from Lars Knoll's QT module
into Pango 1.3.1. I have a quick and dirty download
available. 

The entire Pango tar'd:
http://unicode.khmer.cc/khmeros/pango-kh.1.3.1.tar.gz

Just the Khmer Module:
http://unicode.khmer.cc/khmeros/khmer.tar.gz

If possible, I'd like help in merging the module into
the Pango tree.
