Initial pangogp (GNOME Print) backend for PangoPDF

I have checked in an initial pass at a GNOME Print backend for
PangoPDF.  See the CVS link at http://pangopdf.sourceforge.net/.

At this point, the pangogp-to-pdf program in the examples directory
produces a PDF file.

Caveat hacker.
