I'm not holding my breath, but I want full UTF-8 file names. 

I have tried Yiddish file names on several systems. On some, I 
can create the file names and see them in listings (maybe not 
the right way around), but other file processes get confused. 
For example, an application may be able to handle Unicode file 
names in the regular file Open and Save dialogs, but not when 
clicking on the file to invoke the app.

When the basic functions work, and I can burn CD-ROMs with 
Yiddish file names that can be read properly on any recent OS, 
I probably will. Also a dozen other languages, at least. 

Have I mentioned that there is now a Japanese translation of the
whole Talmud (alas not published)? Anyway, titles in Hebrew and
Aramaic would also be nice.
