1. i'm not able to type the 'gn' letter which should be available with Shift-5.
Instead Shift-5 produces a normal '%' sign.

2. i'm not able to type k+ru which should be available by pressing 'k='.  The
work-around is k+half+r+oo but the glyph doesn't map to the proper concise image.

Any clue?
