I think the screenshot is of RTL mode. Unfortunately, RTL
flipping still hasn't been implemented for GtkMenu*.

It's probably about 1 day of work; unfortunately, I don't
think we'll get to it before GTK+-2.0.0, but it should be
easy to add afterwards.
