New Tamil Shaping Engine for Pango

Hi,
    Things seem to be pretty quiet around here.I had mailed Owen, the
new Tamil module for Pango but haven't received any replies from him
yet.(I know , he must be very busy).

    I am still to understand xft_font_face stuff.Can anyone help me
out??

    I have a Tamil Input method for the CVS GTK+.Is there anyone else
whom I can give it to, to apply this to the CVS??

    Can someone explain how to submit a patch. And what should I do if
I want some files out and some new files into the CVS?(i.e thro' someone
else who has write access).
