Small change to Tamil module patch

Hi,
  Moved my list mails to the above address.

  Saw that Makefile.am has been changed in the CVS .Here's the modified 
Tamil module patch to go along with what's in the CVS.This should make 
it easier to be put in the next tarball release of Pango ;-)
