PANGO : Changes to Tamil module patch

Hi,
  Moved my list mails to the above address.

  Saw that Makefile.am has been updated in the CVS and my previous 
patch fails.So here is the patch against the latest CVS.This should make 
it easier for the patch to be put the next snapshot release of Pango ;-)

The X fonts are at
