libunicode

Hi,

I tried building Pango 0.5, and hit a problem. It uses libunicode, but
I'm not sure where I should get it from. I found a source RPM for
version 0.3, and that seems to do the job, but I have no idea if this is
the latest version, or where the definitive latest might be found. Can
anyone help?
