the sources and bugs have been migrated to (thanks Carlos!):

https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk-doc

you can update your existing checkouts doing:

# if you are a gnome developer
git remote set-url origin git gitlab gnome org:GNOME/gtk-doc.git

# or
git remote set-url origin https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk-doc.git


Lets us know if there are issues, with it.
