CRLF in gtk-reference files.

In going through and fixing up some SGML errors in the
gtk-reference package, I've noticed that a number
of the files have MSDOS-style CRLF line separators.

I would consider this against the standards of the
GTK+ project and annoying, so I'd like to go in and
fix this, but since it is a number of files, 
I thought I'd ask first.

The files are from a number of different contributors
(they include GtkArrow, GtkButton, GtkBox), so my
best guess is that they somehow crept in while
the files were being transferred via email.
