gtk+ 4 plan?

Is there still any particular plan to do a gtk+-4.0 parallel-install
(like gtk+-3.0) release any time in the next year or so?

For gtkmm, we would like to use C++11 features in the gtkmm API, but
that would probably need us to break ABI. That would be OK if we had to
do it for GTK+ 4 anyway.
