gtkglarea 2.1.0 released

This is a bugfix release to stop use deprecated api and clean the build system.
Testing in Windows platform has not been tested, so if you have any
problems please report in bugzilla!

        * Lots of clean ups in the build system
        * Modernize all the code as much as possible before a
          possible transition to GTK+3
        * Remove GLU dependency
