The GNOME Live! page containing info for compiling the GTK+ stack with
Visual Studio has been moved to https://live.gnome.org/GTK%2B/Win32/MSVCCompilationOfGTKStack, and it also can be accessed via https://live.gnome.org/GTK%2B/Win32/.
