Pango 1.22 for Windows?

Tor, do you plan to provide a pango 1.22 binary for Windows? There's
just pango 1.20 at the moment:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/binaries/win32/pango/

We need this for our Windows build of pangomm. We are almost finished
with a proper gtkmm 2.14 installer for Windows (the first since gtkmm
2.10), and that's our only blocker.
