It would be much better to have one more option in print dialog to
select page size there, and maybe customize margins there too.

It seems that this isn't eog specific bug, it seems like page margins
rotate with page orientation, although they describe
actual printer limitations.
This might be better on the gtk-devel list, so I've cross-posted it there.
There do seem to be real problems printing to specific paper sizes. I
don't think there is a satisfactory way of telling gthumb (my pet
project) to print to a 4x6" photo paper (for example) with zero margins,
which some printers are capable of doing. I'm not sure if it is a
problem with the cups drivers, or gtk-print, or something else, but it
just doesn't work...
Maybe I'm missing something.
