By now they use the old system than python guys:

In C++ not, but in c# and ruby i am really interested.
I believe the best way is work in the language you want create the bindings.
- a ruby parser in ruby
- a c# parser in c#.
I don´t think was very difficult. We only need a parser for the same XML 
file:
