There is an os x theme engine ? Where is it, I don't see it in the
gtk+ tree. Should
we not include it here, similar to the ms-windows theme engine ?

Relatedly, I believe we should also consider bundling the 'native'
pixbuf loaders
that have seen the light of day recently.
