Radio and Toggle widgets interface

Hello,
I'd like to suggest a new interface for that would be common to:
RadioButton, RadioAction, RadioToolButton and RadioMenuItem
ToggleAction, ToggleButton, ToggleToolButton and CellRendererToggle

The GtkRadio interface:
gtk_radio_set_group
gtk_radio_get_group

The GtkToggle interface:
gtk_toggle_set_active
gtk_toggle_get_active
gtk_toggle_set_inconsistent
gtk_toggle_get_inconsistent
gtk_toggle_toggled

I think it's good to ensure such widgets all have the same behavior and the same API as they represent the same entity to the end user.
