GtkPlot...using different scales left/righ axis

Hello!!
I need your help...
I'm buiding an application which read some dates from a file and then it draws
them into an X-y plot, using gtk-plot.
My problem is that i'd like that axis right and left have diffrent escales,and
of couse different ticks.Is it possible??
then,on the other hand, i'd like to change the axis tittle, putting "time" in x
axis....the same happends with the legend...can i change it??
