Hello and sorry if this message is not in the right place,
I recently filed this bug in launchpad:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=460277 basically, the issue is some icons such as apply or cancel are being used in menus and toolbars by many apps, and they look fuzzy. You can see some examples here:

http://img357.imageshack.us/img357/8906/rhythmbox2ut2.png

For this not to happen, there should be 16x16 and 22x22 (if I'm not mistaken) px versions
of the icons. I am the person who made the icons originally and I have them in the right sizes,
so would it be any good if I provided them to you? I would really like to see this fixed.
Thanks and please CC me if you reply to this message, since I'm not subscribed to the list.
David.
