And another thing I forgot to ask.

3. How is the search usually implemented (e.g. in gedit)? Those algorithms use the TextBuffer is suppose?

  So, it would be easy to search for keywords (even in collapsed code), is it so?

  And if an occurrence is found exactly in the collapsed part, there would be no problem in expanding the fold and show it to the user, am I right?
