Re: gtk-quartz for osx



Ive already shopped around, it looks like if there was a Quartz.h available for 10.3 it just might work. What the problem is here is, apple hold you by their finger and "force" you to "upgrade" to you can get those features. Im pretty sure if they spent an hour or so on it they could have the Quartz stuff on 10.4 work on 10.3. Here is a blog i made regarding JDK 1.5 :D

I successfully installed xorg / xdarwin via fink. It runs transparently or in fullscreen mode. Which means u just double click a gtk app with an extension .x11app and itll run.

Maybe we can work on that when we have a released
version of GTK+ including the OS X backend...
