GTK+ now in svn

For those not following desktop-devel-list closely,
glib and gtk+ have been migrated to Subversion now.

You can check it out with

svn co http://svn.gnome.org/svn/glib/trunk

svn co http://svn.gnome.org/svn/gtk+/trunk
svn co http://svn.gnome.org/svn/gtk+/branches/gtk-2-10

Note that there is currently a build problem in glib, since
both glib and gtk+ are missing the build/ subdirectory, which
was included as a module in cvs.  We'll fix that once the
migration has proceeded far enough.
