Re: [Gtk+-2.0 on MacOSX - Imendio Project] How to launch an executable ?

Ok I will look at Apple Documentation, but is it possible that you share the app bundle for the gtk-demo application ( http://developer.imendio.com/wiki/Image:Gtk-demo-rotated-text.png ) or for testcairo ( http://developer.imendio.com/wiki/Image:Testcairo.png ) on the website ? So we can see how to launch a "simple" linux application on OS X. I think that it will be helpful and the community will have all informations about porting Linux applications on Mac OS X

thanks in advance,

Malik

Hi,

In most (all?) cases you need to create an app bundle in order to start
a program from the finder, otherwise you have to start it from a
terminal. I've been meaning to create a sample app that can be used as
template for that.

Richard
