For their GTK+ bindings, very little, if they already have 2.6 bindings.

Official Platform Bindings projects would tend to release their stable
version shortly after GTK+ goes stable, but when GTK+ is out of sync
with GNOME or otherwise not on a predictable schedule, there isn't much
point in enforcing that. In general, they will do things as fast as
possible.
