Standard dialogs

Could we add some standard dialogs to GTK+? For example,

1. Existing files when saving:
"The file exists. Would you like to overwrite it, or choose a new file
name"?

2. Save changes:
"The document has unsaved changes. Would you like to save them or
discard the changes?"

Obviously the GNOME usability people would find the perfect design for
these dialogs, and then we would all benefit.
