Menu stays open

Hi,

Scenario is following:
-> We have open gtk application (A)
-> We open another application which is pretty heavy to startup (B)
-> Before the (B) application is ready,  we open a menu in the (A) 
application
-> the (B) application starts and the (A) application menu is over the 
(B) application


This works naturally with every widget using menu (like combobox etc.).
Tryed with matchbox and metacity.
