It's a non-stock item as I was planning on doing some hacks to make the
text hide when you resized the pane below the requisition size of the
two buttons (and to allow it to be made that small.) You can see bug
#135910 for a little more information.
This was obviously not done in time for the 2.4.0 release, and has been
put off until later. In the interim, the patch probably makes some
sense.
