One really good feature would be GTK_SELECTION_MANUAL, where GTK allows a
selection, but never changes it itself. Currently, ROX-Filer has to use
GTK_SELECTION_NONE, and change the cell background colour to handle
selections, which seems to be slower than letting GTK handle it.
