2.2.1 plans

OK, looks like it is about time to do a 2.2.1; I'm thinking
of a Friday release, so any changes should be in by 
Thursday.

My plans here are:

 - Sort bugs
 - Fix a few obvious things
 - Make the release

Sorting the bugs will be the slow bit here as always; to
speed it up, I plan to be pretty indiscriminate in moving
stuff to 2.2.2. If you have something that you really
think needs to be looked at for 2.2.1, let me know.
