Non-Xcursor alternative for gdk_display_get_default_cursor_size

Aloha,

in gtk+/gdk/gdkcursor-x11.c some cursor functions are guarded with
#ifdef HAVE_XCURSOR and alternative implementations are provided in an
#else block.

The alternative for gdk_display_get_default_cursor_size is named
gdk_display_default_cursor_size though, which results in
gdk_display_get_default_cursor_size being an undefined symbol.

The attached patch fixes that for me.

Bye,
-Torsten
