Not having seen it any other MS app (not that I use many), I wouldn't be
surprised if there's no public Windows API for it yet.  MS have a habit
of sneaking new controls into IE or Office and not adding them into MFC
until quite a bit later, if at all.

I'm not sure I can think of many other uses for it off the top of my
head, and keynav for it could be interesting, but what the heck... go
for it :)
