True, but 'bonobo disables it too' does raise issues of platform
consistency.
Last I checked, bonobo doesn't support it simply because it doesn't set
accel paths on its menus. GtkItemFactory and GnomeUIInfo were updated
after accel map was added to gtk, but bonobo's UI handler wasn't.
