Hi,

it is almost impossible to find any information on gtk-doc if you
start from http://www.gtk.org/ and the tarball is also hidden very
well in ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v1.1/docs/rdp/. 

If you don't mind I'll add a link (ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk-doc/)
as a quick solution but I'd really suggest to move the stuff on the 
FTP server and to add a proper link from www.gtk.org.
