when compiling glib-1.3.13 on AIX 4.3

what does _LIBICONV_H mean?
it is nowhere defined nor undefined nor mentioned

on AIX there is libiconv.a in /usr/lib from IBM and the corresponding iconv.h
in /usr/include so I always fall in the error condition in line 51
