I've put up the start of some notes at:

Basically just some of the contents of my 2.4-thoughts mail the last
mail HTML-ified.

People with CVS access - please free to add stuff or improve what 
is there as the fancy strikes; think of it as a whiteboard for GTK+ 
development planning.

To hack on it, check out the gtk-web module, modify stuff under 
plan/ and commit, and the page will auto-update. To install
the stuff into a local HTML root, run:

 install.sh /place/to/install
