Basically, "as needed". My guess is that probably 2.2.1 in early
January, then if something major shows up, a 2.2.2 later in the
month.
These releases would be "regressions and new bugs" only.
Bugs that get punted from 2.2.0 won't generally be candidates
for an immediate followup release.
Maybe there will be no new bugs found, so we won't need any
releases... (yeah, right).
